Amy is an Engineering Director at Lyft focused on technical programs and operations across the Lyft core rideshare business. She leads a team of Technical Program Managers to deliver product, infra, and internal productivity initiatives, Tech Learning to enable engineer on-boarding + learning, and Quality Engineering to deliver customer-first high quality experiences. She’s worked in a high tech for over 15 years and is addicted to the hard work of scaling companies during high growth — having spent much of the last 12 years at Salesforce.com, Twitter, and Lyft. She’s also a proud parent of two.
