CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
The Hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 pm. Should an early arrival be necessary, every effort will be made to accomodate them. However, if rooms are not available, arrangements can be made for the storage of luggage. The Hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should a later departer be necessary, arrangements can be made for the storage of luggage.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All individual reservations made by group attendees are subject to the hotels individual reservation cancellation policy outlined below. Reservation cancellations must occur at least 48 hours prior to check-in (3:00 PM, MST) on the scheduled day of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival will be assessed a fee equal to one night room rate and tax.

EARLY DEPARTURE
Please note that if there are any charges to the confirmed departure date after check-in, the change will result in a fee equal to one night’s Room and Tax.

How to get there

The Grand Hyatt Denver Hotel is located at 1750 Welton St, Denver, CO 80202, approximately 25 miles from Denver international Airport (DEN).

Taxi: Taxis and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available at taxi stands. Taxi rides cost approximately $60.00 to the hotel. More info here.

At a cost of $9 each way (increasing to $10.50 in January 2019), travelers can use the rail service, known as the A Line, to get from the airport to Denver Union Station and vice versa. Trains run every 15 minutes all day long. The Grand Hyatt is about 15 minute walk (about 8 blocks) from the station. Taxis and Uber are also available for a small fee, or you can also take the Free Mall Ride bus (which is, indeed, free). Walk through the Union Station building (or walk around it on the right-hand side), and you find yourself facing Wynkoop Street. Turn right and walk along Wynkoop one block to the 16th Street Mall. Cross 16th Street (there’s an Office Depot on the opposite corner), and wait at the bus stop for the Free Mall Ride bus (it’s red and blue). They run very frequently – every few minutes. Get on the bus and go 11 short blocks to Welton Street (it will stop at almost every block, but it’s quick enough). The street before Welton is California, and the one before that is Stout. Get off at Welton. Go left on Welton one block, and the Grand Hyatt is on your right at 1750 Welton Street.
