Victor Koosh

Investor & Serial Entrepreneur

Victor Koosh is an investor and serial entrepreneur who has a strong commitment to Decision Quality and building thriving communities. Currently he serves as Chairman of Synapse, an EdTech start-up building the first Learning Design System, Advisor to Elevation Ecosystems and Advisor to Groupraise.

He spent 15 years building Caesar Systems/PetroVR, which was sold to Palantir Solutions and then merged into Aucerna the energy industry’s leading provider of solutions for integrated planning, operations and reserves. As Co-founder and CEO of Meedio, he worked with his team to build the best digital media center software and exited to Yahoo!.

Prior to that, Victor was a Sr. Portfolio Advisor, the Head of New Ventures Economics and a Sr. Finance Analyst at Wintershall AG. He also co-founded and was President of New World Horizon, an international training company and before that did a turnaround of export trading company Cobro International as a Vice President.

Koosh studied Business Administration at the University of Houston, is a National Outstanding Eagle Scout, a Silver Beaver, a Centurion Award recipient, a Founder’s Award recipient and a Vigil Honor. He serves on the Board of the Sam Houston Area Council, Boy Scouts of America and was a member of the Executive Committee for 3 years where he also served as Chairman of the National Eagle Scout Association Chapter. In addition, he was Chairman of Lemonade Day Houston.
